Runes

Runes are a confirmed Noob Incremental feature: players roll Runes and level them up.

The official game page says players can roll Runes and level them up.

Group and community bonuses mention Rune Speed and Rune Luck, so Rune efficiency is a meaningful progression axis.

Track Rune bonuses separately from raw Oof income so the calculator can compare farming and Prestige choices.
