Rune Leveling

Rune leveling is part of the confirmed Rune system and should be evaluated separately from simply rolling new Runes.

The official page says players can roll Runes and level them up.

Separate Rune rolling value from Rune leveling value when recording data. Rolling may improve rarity or selection, while leveling may improve the value of a Rune already owned.

Exact Rune level costs, caps, and stat gains are not confirmed in this wiki yet.

When Rune leveling is verified in-game, record the Rune name, level range, cost, bonus gained, and whether Rune Speed or Rune Luck affects the route.
