Buy Noobs and Oof upgrades first. The goal is to make each next target arrive faster without locking yourself into a long, low-value push.

Once upgrades slow down, check whether Runes, Prism, or Prestige unlocks would make the next run faster.

Keep non-scaling purchases behind Oof, Rune Speed, Rune Luck, Prism, and Prestige value unless a quest or event requires them.
